We want to help all students make their time at university memorable. Njoy Student Living makes it easier for you to live life on your terms. You’ll meet like-minded people and have the chance to form friendships for life.
Our residents are a diverse bunch, with first, second and third-year students living alongside postgraduates. We’re not affiliated to one university, so you could be living with individuals from different courses and different universities.
We take a personalised approach to student housing. By providing first-class accommodation and facilities, we take the stress out of student lettings. Our on-site maintenance and live-in caretaker (in Manchester) ensure everything is safe and secure.
Space to socialise
Across our portfolio of student properties, we offer a range of social facilities to make it easier for you to make friends. Our well-maintained facilities include fun features like games rooms, cinema rooms and common spaces built for relaxing.
Langdale Hall and Langdale Courtyard in Manchester offer sprawling lawns and a tennis court, while Carr Mills in Leeds offers maintained gardens and space for a summer BBQ. It’s the little extras and attention to detail that make Njoy Student Living properties a truly unique offering.
International students
We realise that moving to another country can be daunting. Our on-site staff will provide a warm welcome to international students. We’ll also be on-hand to help you navigate life in the UK. We also make it easier for international students to find accommodation by offering online viewings and bookings. You can secure your student room from anywhere in the world.
Building a community
We have a thriving social media community of current and past residents on Facebook. Once you’ve reserved your space in an Njoy Student Living property, you’ll be invited to join this group and start getting to know your new neighbours. We encourage all our students to be friendly, helpful and respectful of each other, and build a lasting network of friends for life.
We also understand that you might just want to be quiet and study, that’s fine too! We don’t push outings and group activities that might make you feel awkward saying no to.
Help when you need it
Locked out of your room? Expecting a parcel? Got a question about your room? The reception desks located at Langdale Hall and Carr Mills will be your first point of contact. Our friendly and helpful team will be able to advise you and provide support as required. We also have an online help form you can use to report maintenance issues.
