Many maintenance issues can be resolved easily. Before submitting a request, please try the following and see if you can fix any of the problems yourselves.

Kitchen Sink Blocked?

Try removing excess food from the plug hole, and use a lightweight drain clearing product, available from most supermarkets. Always avoid tipping fats and food waste down the drain.

Bathroom Sink / Shower / Bath Blocked?

Try removing any hair or other debris that may have collected in the drain. If there’s standing water in the bathtub, use a plunger to clear the clog.

Toilet won’t flush?

Check that the handle & flushing assembly (inside the toilet tank) are intact. If the chain from the handle to the assembly has become disconnected, it’s very easy to re-connect. Check the water supply lines at the rear of the toilet to make sure the water coming into the toilet is turned on.

No water pressure from taps?

Try removing the aerator from the end of the faucet spout and cleaning out any debris that may have accumulated. If your water has been turned off to perform maintenance on plumbing fixtures, make sure it’s turned back on.

Circuit breaker tripped?

Switch the circuit breaker first to the OFF position and then back to the ON position. If that doesn’t work, try turning off all the appliances that run on that circuit, then turn the breaker OFF and back ON again. Check your appliance manuals for instructions on protecting appliances from possible power surges when the breakers are turned back ON.

If none of the above apply or help, just fill in our help form below, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
